Yeroo baayyee dhiiga dhiphisuu (blood thinning) danda’u. Yoo dhukkubni keessan guddaa ykn yoo dhangala’aa (medicine) biraa dhugdan, mana yaalaa (doctor) waliin haa mari’attu.


A. Ittiin Fayyadamuu (External Use)

  1. Lafee Cabdee, Koomee Babbaqaqe (Fractures & Sprains): Baala ho’aa (warmed leaf) bakka cabdeetti ittiin sukkuuman. Laaffisuu, cabuu fi sochii ittisuu.
  2. Maashaa Xiixe, Micciire, Morgaya (Arthritis, Gout, Swollen Joints): Baala ho’aa bakka dhukkubsatteetti ittiin sukkuuman ykn diban. Sochii ittisuu fi laaffisuu.
  3. Iita, Dhullaa, Gogaa Qamaacaye (Boils, Skin Rashes, Infections): Baala ho’aa bakka jirutti diban. Qulqulleessuu fi marsuu.
  4. Gurra Dhukkubu (Earache): Hidda (stem) isaa ho’isanii gurra alaatti itti qaban. Cuunfaa baalaa gurra keessatti cophisan.
  5. Madaa, Madaa Sharariitii (Wounds, Boils): Baala jiidhaa (crushed leaf) cafaqaa bakka madaatti diban. Dhukkee fi bakterii balleessuu.
  6. Bowwoo Mataa (Headache): Baala ho’aa kallattii (forehead/temples) diban.
  7. Bareedummaa Gogaa (Skin Care): Dhangala’aa (juice) baalaa ho’aa gogaa irratti diban. Gogaa qulqulleessuu.

B. Ittiin Dhuguu (Internal Use – Decoction/Tea) Hancuurraa/Bosoqqee/

  • Qopheessuu: Hidda, jirma (roots), fi baala wolitti qabanii bishaan xiqqoo wajjiin ibidda laafaa irratti daqiiqaa 3-5 danfisan (decoction). Ykn baala gogsitanii akka shaayii bulluussan (infusion).
  • Dhandhamuu: Dhangala’aa danfamee kana sukkaaraa ykn karameellaa (honey) wajjiin dhandhachisan. Damma maankaa (glass) tokko ykn lama dhugatu.

Dhugaan kun dhukkuboota armaan gadii yaalu:

  1. Cirracha Kaleefi Kaansarii (Chronic Inflammation & Cancer): Guyyaa keessatti maankaa lama (decoction) dhugatu.
  2. Rakkoo Fincaanii (Urinary Problems): Maankaa lama dhugatu.
  3. Dhiibbaa Dhiigaa (High Blood Pressure): Cuunfaa jirmaa (root extract) maankaa xiqqoo tokko dhugatu.
  4. Kaansarii Dhiigaa (Blood Cancer/Leukemia): Cuunfaa jirmaa maankaa xiqqoo tokko dhugatu.

  10. Summii (Toxins): Shaayii baalaa dhiiga qulqulleessuuf dhugatu.
  11. Madaa Garaachaa (Peptic Ulcer): Shaayii baalaa dhugatu.

C. Fayyadamoowwan Addaa

  1. Kintaarotii (Hemorrhoids/Piles): Hidda cafaqaa fi qullubbii adii (white onion) wajjiin bulleessanii bakka jirutti diban.

  2. Herrega (Dosage): Herrega sirrii qaba. Dhugaa keessan baayyataan hin dhugina. Kanaafuu, ogumaa (expert) aadaa waliin haala sirrii hubachuun barbaachisa.
